Students and employers face to face, for the 36th year
The first Võti Tulevikku took place in 1991 with 17 companies, opened by Lennart Meri. Today it is organised by BEST Estonia students, with companies from every field.

What happens over the ten days
2–12 March
Workshops
Hands-on workshops with company experts: writing a CV, job interviews and introducing yourself, plus topics from different fields. Learn what lectures don't teach.
Evening of the fair day
Seminar evening
Representatives of six companies share their experience, plans and advice on steering your career path as a student.
