Statistics
Nordecon is one of the oldest construction groups in Estonia, which has been in continuous operation since 1989. Today we are primarily focused on general contracting for buildings and facilities. We employ more than 150 smart people, the vast majority of whom are civil engineers. Every year, we also invite trainees to work on our construction projects, many of whom continue to work with us after their internships have ended.
Why should students come to your company for an internship or work?
At Nordecon, you can spend your internship in a very meaningful way, working on our company's predominantly large and landmark construction projects. During your internship, you will be a fully-fledged member of your site team, learning under the guidance of well-meaning, experienced colleagues and, at the same time, already taking responsibility for your own work. All trainees are paid for their work.
