Why should students come to your company for an internship or a job?
We offer the opportunity to influence the functioning of the financial sector through your work. This means both significant challenges and great responsibility. With us, you will gain an overview of the entire Estonian financial sector, hands-on professional experience, and a network of cooperation within Estonia and Europe. For professionals with market experience, we offer the chance to influence key processes in financial supervision (legislation, regulations, methodology development, etc.).
Supervision cannot be learned in school, and one cannot become a supervisor solely based on work experience in the financial market. Therefore, we dedicate special attention to helping new colleagues integrate into their work and offer the necessary support and training. Additionally, we provide an inspiring and diverse compensation and benefits package.
